- HARDWORK - a great deal of effort or endurance. From start to finish you give your all every day in everything that you do. Even when you’re tired you push through to make sure the job is complete.
- CONSISTANCE- conformity in the application of something, typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy, or fairness. Every drink, meal, opening, closing has to be done the exact same way without flaw (takes time but with our Barista Training Camp you will become a Pro)
